Saxophonist <b>Iain Ballamy</b> spoke to us about his duo <b>Food</b> with percussionist/ electronics man, <b>Thomas Strønen</b>, and his other groups and collaborations including <b>Anorak</b> (with long-time friend and musical-partner <b>Gareth Williams</b>) and a saxophone concerto – currently being composed – by Gary Carpenter, which will be premièred in 2014.<br/><br/>
